2023 Legacy Scholars Program Aging Research Symposium
The ϶Center for Excellence in Aging & Health will soon turn 5 years old! This Symposium will review and celebrate our accomplishments in applied research, community engagement, and scholarly partnerships since Fall 2018.
Our 670+ Legacy Scholars – adults 55+ years who volunteer for research, support student learning, and otherwise engage with this “Age Friendly University” – will be acknowledged for their generosity and commitment.

Participants will learn about research conducted studies by ϶faculty and in partnership with the UMaine Center on Aging and the MDI Biological Laboratory.
*** Preregistration is required for seating and catering purposes. A live video stream will be offered to those who cannot attend in person.
